Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What is LayBuy?
LayBuy is a deferred, affordable payment option powered PayPal that makes it easy for you to buy my leather goodies via a down payment and up to three monthly installments.

How does LayBuy work?

2. CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
Payment calculator makes it easy for you to set up your own payment plan.
3. PAY DOWN-PAYMENT ONLY
Pay only down-payment portion amount.
4. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS
Payments are then processed on the scheduled date YOU set.
5. RECEIVE MERCHANDISE
Receive the item or service shortly after your last payment.
No interest charges ever, no membership fees ever – NO DEBT

Is there a fee to use LayBuy?
Yes, there is a small 1.9% Lay-Buy fee.

Can I pay using a money order or personal check?
Yes, but United States Postal Service money orders only, and for the exact amount of the item plus shipping costs. Once authenticity is verified and money order is cleared, the item(s) will be crafted and shipped. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Do you do alterations?
At this time we only do alterations on our own work.

Can you make a copy of a garment I own or someone else's design?
We will not make an exact duplicate of another's design. However, we will use the original design as inspiration for a new custom made creation, improving or tweaking the original.

What is Ready-to-Wear?
Ready to Wear clothing and accessories are designed, created, and stocked ready for shipment.

What is Made-to-Order?
"Made-to-Order" means, after your order comes in and is processed, we then create that piece for you. We do offer customization for those items; color of leather, honor requests to make it to your size specifications and alter the design to suit you. There is a fee for this service. Please  contact us  for more information.

What is Custom Designing?
Custom designed clothing is a service which we offer and provide in our New Hampshire studio and on line.  It is when we create a design especially for you; your specific needs and desires, taste and style. We make a pattern which is tailored to your body using your measurements. We gather samples of leather; any type, any texture, and any color. It can be your vision, or our vision for you. The possibilities are endless. More measurements are required. Delivery time varies upon project and your location. Please contact us for a measurement chart, and more information.

Do you give estimates for Custom Designing over the phone or by email?
Once we have the details of your project, i.e. photographs, sketches, type of leather, style, size, time frame, we will provide you with an informal estimate based upon similar items which she has designed and crafted for previous customers. You may send your information here. An exact estimate of your project is given once we have committed to working together; a design contract is signed and a $150.00 design fee is paid (it will be applied to the balance of your order). I have a design idea I would like to make myself....can I pick your brain and get some help?
Of course! Our fee for consulting and design is $150.00 per hour.

Can I customize Made-to-Order clothing?
Sure can! Just follow the instructions below.
1. Check out the color and size charts here.
2. Decide what color of leather.
3. Gather your measurements (bust and cup size, waist, and hips). For help with taking accurate body measurements, click here
4. If you would like to make small changes such as; close the tummy, more coverage on the back, Please contact us prior to making your purchase.
5. Make your purchase. If necessary, record any extra information in the "comments" section at time of checkout.
6. Sit back and watch for your confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order which they are received.
  • The colors on the Color Card are colors we currently stock and is subject to change. Other colors of leather are available and can be special ordered upon request. There is a $15.00 fee for colors which are special ordered.
  • Color Disclaimer: Photograph of the Color Card is as accurate as possible; however, colors vary from monitor to monitor. Should you like to see and feel the leather you may purchase samples here or contact us.

What is the delivery time for Made-to-Order items, and In Stock merchandise?
The delivery time will differ depending upon our work load. Typically, delivery time is 2-4 weeks on made to order clothing items. In stock merchandise and most accessory items ship within 4-7 days. Please contact us should delivery time be a concern.

Will you rush an order?
Yes, we will accommodate you! There is a fee for this service depending upon the scope of the project and requirements. Please contact us prior to making your purchase to ensure we will be able to bump your order up to the front of the pack and get it delivered to you by the date you wish. Please note in certain situations, USPS Expedited Shipping will also be required.

I am not sure what size to order!
Check out the size charts on our website, and or include your bust, waist, and hip measurements during checkout in the comments section or please contact us.

What colors of leather do you stock?
For custom designed orders we have access to the most amazing leather and colors, but for stocked and made-to-order items please see the color chart here or call, or email to see what yummy leather we may have left over from another project.
