Shipping

  • Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured unless otherwise noted in the listing.
  • All items are packed carefully (and beautifully) to ensure they are well protected on their journey to you.
  • DELIVERY TIME varies depending upon the influx of orders. Delivery times are estimated and set based upon the longest amount of time required to make that particular piece. Typically, production time for clothing items; 10 to 14 days; for accessories 7 to 10 days. We make every attempt to fill orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality and workmanship. If you have a specific date you need your item or are in a rush, please contact us.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS require additional time for delivery because we believe in personalized service and work with each customer individually to provide the best design and the best fit. Please contact us for more information.
  • USPS MONEY ORDER items will be crafted and shipped once authenticity is verified and money order is cleared.

 

Returns

  • If you are unhappy with your READY-TO-WEAR purchase, returns and refunds are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of your Sexy Skins, on UNWORN merchandise ONLY. Please package your items to be returned with the same love and care with which I had packaged and shipped them off to you - so save your packaging or wrap in the equivalent. You are responsible for return shipping cost including insurance.  We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipment.

  • Items which are CUSTOM ORDERS, CUSTOM DESIGNS, AND, any items which are MADE TO FIT YOU, TWEAKED, ALTERED, or CHANGED in any way to suit you in any way can not be returned so please make sure the measurements you provide are accurate.
  • We are VERY careful when cutting the leather and creating your leather art piece to ensure the final piece is as it appears in the photographs or even better. All pieces are inspected, cleaned and conditioned before they are shipped. Natural markings in the leather or suede DON NOT constitute reason for a return or exchange.  
  • WE DO STAND BEHIND OUR WORKMANSHIP and will make repairs and or replace due to any fault of our own but not due to abuse, or mishandling of the garment or leather accessory. Normal wear and tear will be repaired upon our discretion.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost including insurance. Please repackage item in original packaging. For more information, please contact us
  • Once your returned item is received, we will issue you a full refund for the amount of the item, OR exchange it for an item of equal value, OR issue a credit toward an item of greater value - whichever is agreed upon between parties.
