STANDARD LICENSE (Included)

This license allows you to:

Use the technique in your artistic work.
Sell limited, handmade items you personally create using the technique (small-batch only; no outsourcing, no factory production).
Create accessories, panels, props, and original designs for personal or small-business use.

You may NOT:

Share, sell, upload, distribute, or redistribute the tutorial (video, PDF, images, or text).
Teach, demonstrate, or publicly present the technique in any form (classes, workshops, livestreams, or tutorials — free or paid).
Create your own tutorial, pattern, template set, or guide based on this technique.
Train AI systems using the video, PDF, text, or images from this tutorial.
Use or replicate Lisa’s dice bag pattern, guitar strap pattern, or any proprietary product designs.
Claim the technique as your own.
Mass-produce items using a factory, outsourced team, or hired production workers.

The Proprietary Leather Dragon Scale Technique™, tutorial, PDF, video content, images, patterns, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Lisa Maria Cantalupo. Your purchase grants a license to use the technique — not ownership of the method or any associated intellectual property.

DESIGN PROTECTION CLAUSE

This purchase grants rights to use the technique only.

All patterns, templates, shapes, layouts, strap designs, scale panel structures, embellishment arrangements, and any product designs created by Lisa remain her exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, replicated, reverse-engineered, traced, or sold in any form.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Dice bag pattern
Guitar strap pattern
Templates
Panel shapes
Stitching or lacing layouts
Embellishment arrangements
Any product design visually or structurally identifiable as Lisa’s work

You may create your own original designs using the technique, but Lisa’s signature designs are fully protected.

REFUNDS & RETURNS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the immediate delivery of the tutorial files and the proprietary technique revealed within them, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once the purchase is completed.

By purchasing and downloading this tutorial, you acknowledge and agree that:

You receive instant access to non-returnable digital content.

You gain access to proprietary intellectual property that cannot be “unseen” or returned.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, technical issues on the customer’s device, or dissatisfaction with the content.
